Sir /Madam,

I will be obliged if your honour kindly provides me complete and detailed information together with relevant documents/file notings/ correspondences /details etc on under-mentioned aspects relating to enclosed news-report 'Kejriwal's 'dues' case reaches the PMO' (Mail Today):

1. Is it true that Honourable Prime Minister/Prime Minister's Office (PMO) ever sought reports from Revenue Department (Union Finance Ministry) about alleged dues of about rupees 9.27 lakhs towards his pending resignation from Indian Revenue service against member of joint drafting Committee for Lokpal bill Shri Arvind Kejriwal (Anna Team Member) as also referred in enclosed news-clipping?

2. If yes, copies of complete correspondence with Union Finance Ministry and/or department under the said Ministry on PMO seeking reports as referred in query (1) above enclosing also replies received by PMO enclosing all the enclosures/annexures/reports/documents etc as received by PMO

3. File-notings/correspondence/documents etc on decision taken at PMO to summon the reports as referred in query (1) above

4. Complete and detailed information together with related correspondence/ file-notings/ documents etc on action taken on reports (as referred in queries above) summoned by PMO

5. Is PMO aware of notices of Privillege issued by Parliament or any of its Houses (Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha) against Team Anna members including also Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Shri Prashant Bhushan, Smt Kiran Bedi and/or others like Shri Om Puri for their acts, speeches etc during Shri Anna Hazare's movement for Lokpal Bill, as also referred in enclosed news-clipping?

6. If yes, copies of privilege-notices together with replies received, if any, by concerned ones mentioning also details of acts and portions of speeches/ statements etc which are taken as objectionable for being issued notices of privilege

7. Any other related information

Please do not invoke section 6(3) of RTI Act on query-numbers (1) to (4) because I just need information/documents etc as available at PMO only in respect of query-numbers (1) to (4). However if query-numbers (5) to (8) relate to some other public-authority, please transfer this RTI petition to CPIO there under section 6(3) of RTI Act for response to query-numbers (5) to (8). Postal-order 92E 327112 for rupees ten is enclosed towards RTI fees in name of "Accounts Officer" as per DoPT circular No. F.10/9/2008-IR dated 05.12.2008.
